Safe operation process of injection molding machine

First step:
1. Clean up the environment around the equipment, do not store items unrelated to production, clean up the workbench and equipment inside and outside the debris, wipe the injection seat rail and die closing part of the rod with clean cotton silk.
2. Check whether the safety protection device of each part of the equipment is in good condition, check whether the test "emergency stop" is effective, whether the safety door is flexible, and whether the limit switch can be touched when the switch is switched.
3. The safety protection devices on the equipment (such as mechanical lock rod, stop plate, safety protection switches, etc.) are not allowed to move casually, and are not allowed to modify or deliberately make them lose their function.
4. Check whether the screws in each part are tightened and loose. If abnormal parts or damaged parts are found, they should be reported to the leader, and the foreman should handle it by himself or notify the maintenance personnel to handle it.
5. Check the cooling water pipe, try the water, check whether the water flow is smooth, blocked or leaking.
6. Check whether there is foreign matter in the hopper, no items are allowed to be stored above the hopper, and the hopper cover should be covered to prevent dust and debris from falling into the hopper.

Second step:

1. Close the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the machine leakage, according to the set process temperature requirements to preheat the barrel and mold, when the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature, it must be held for more than 20 minutes to ensure that the temperature of each part of the barrel is uniform.
2. Open the cold water valve of the oil cooler, cool the oil return and water transport pipe, click to start the oil pump, no abnormal phenomenon is found, the oil pump can be officially started, until the screen shows "motor on" to operate, check whether the function of the safety door is normal.
3. Manually start the screw rotation, check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal and stuck.
4. The operator must use the safety door. If the safety door travel switch fails, it is not allowed to start.
5. Off-duty operators are not allowed to press various buttons and handles, and two or more people are not allowed to operate an Injection Molding Machine at the same time.
6. When placing the mold and insert, it should be stable and reliable. If any abnormality is found in the process of closing the mold, it should be stopped immediately and relevant personnel should be notified to troubleshoot the problem.
7. The machine repair for more than 10 minutes must first step back the injection molding seat so that the nozzle leaves the mold, turn off the motor, and the operator is not allowed to leave the post when the maintenance personnel repair.
8. When someone is handling the machine or mold, no one is allowed to start the motor, and the body must enter the machine tool or the mold opening gear, and the power must be cut off.
9 When the mold is opened, the injection seat should not be used to impact the fixed mold to avoid the fixed mold falling off.
10. The air injection should not exceed 5 seconds each time. When the injection does not move for two consecutive times, notify the nearby personnel to avoid the danger area. Use iron forceps or other tools when cleaning the glue tip of the nozzle to avoid burns.
11. There is high temperature, high pressure and high power in the work of the melt glue cylinder. It is forbidden to step on, climb and put aside items to avoid burns and electric shocks. 12. Hopper no material, not allowed to use metal rod, rod rough stab, to avoid damage to the split screen, screen cover and magnet frame in the hopper. 13. When abnormal sound, odor, spark, oil leakage and other abnormal conditions are found in the operation of the machine tool, stop the machine immediately and report the phenomenon and cause to the relevant personnel.

Third step


1. Close the hopper ram, produce normally until there is no material in the barrel or manually inject into the air - pre-plastic, repeated several times until no molten material is emitted from the nozzle.
2. When producing corrosive materials (PVC), the barrel and screw must be cleaned with other raw materials when the machine is shut down.
3 Make the injection seat separate from the fixed template, and the mold is in the open mold state.
4. Turn off the cooling water pipe, turn each switch to the "off" position, and turn off the main power supply when the last shift stops on holidays.
5. Clean machine tools, workbench and ground debris, oil stains and dust, keep the workplace clean and tidy.
