Injection molding robot automatic production line operation flow

1.Preparation
Before you can operate an automated production line of injection molding robots, you first need to prepare. Operators should wear the necessary safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, etc. Ensure that the power supply of the robot and the production line is properly connected and all components work normally.

2. start the injection molding robot
1） The operator presses the start button and waits for the robot system self-test to be completed and the screen to display normally before proceeding to the next step.

3. Set production procedures

2) Confirm the required raw materials and colors, and put them into the hopper of the injection molding robot to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the hopper.

4.Start production operation
1) After the safety operation button is released, the injection molding robot starts the production operation. The operator should monitor the working status of the robot at any time to ensure that there are no abnormalities in the production process.
2) If the product is found deformed, missing materials, etc., the robot should be stopped immediately and the cause should be checked, and the production can be restarted after the problem is solved.

5.Production Completion and Cleaning

1）When the production is completed, the injection molding robot will automatically stop working. Operators should turn off all power switches and perform cleaning and maintenance on the robot and the production line.

2）Clean the hopper, mold and nozzle of the injection molding robot to ensure no impurities will interfere with the next production.

3）Perform regular maintenance and repairs on the injection molding robot to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.

6. Safety Precautions

1）During the operation of the injection molding robot, operators should pay attention to safety and are prohibited from inserting their hands or other objects into the robot's working area.

2）Use appropriate protective equipment to ensure no harm will be caused during the production process.
3）If any abnormality or malfunction is found in the robot's operation, immediately notify the maintenance personnel for handling. Private inspections and repairs are strictly prohibited.
