(2) The molding temperature range is 160- -190℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 200℃. The temperature distribution of the cylinder is usually arranged by step; the nozzle temperature shall be 10-20℃ compared to the temperature base of the cylinder end.
(3) The injection pressure is above 90 Mpa, and the pressure pressure is mostly 60-80 Mpa; large injection pressure is beneficial to reduce contraction, but it may also cause overflow problems. High injection pressure should be used for PVC-U.
(4) The higher injection rate can reduce the temperature change of the material, the filling rate is fast, the apparent shrinkage of the parts is small, and the fusion mark is improved; but the too fast injection rate can also cause bad exhaust, produce more friction heat and coke, so the medium or lower injection rate can be used when forming.
(5) The mold temperature is generally below 40℃, and the highest is not more than 60℃. Because the thermal deformation temperature of PVC-U is low, the through cooling water is generally used to reduce the mold temperature.
(6) The screw speed is generally 20-50 r/min.
(7) Except for large and ultra-thick products, the PVC-U molding cycle is generally 40-80s.
