What kinds are the micro-injection molding machine?

There are mainly three types of micro Injection Molding Machine : single order type, double order type and third order type, single order type has screw type and plunger type two types, double order type has screw-plunger type and plunger-plunger type two types.

1. Screw type

A group of screws can realize the process of plasticizing, measurement and injection of the micro- Injection molding machine . It has the advantages of simple structure, simple control principle, and maintaining good plasticizing effect. However, due to the special structure of the screw, the injection volume can not be well controlled with high precision, resulting in the quality of the forming parts is not stable enough, and the repeated use of the screw is easy to be damaged. The BOY12A in Germany and HM7-DENKEY in Japan are all screw structures.

2. Pistle type

There of single plunger type and plunger-plunger type, corresponding to the above single and double order type. Single plunger type: one set of plunger to complete the plasticizing and metering injection process; plunger-plunger type: by two sets of plunger to complete the work process. Compared with the screw type, the plunger control accuracy is higher, but the molding amount per time is less than the screw type, and the mixing performance is not good, which is not applicable for the structure with high surface quality requirements. Representative models include Babyplast6 / 10 from Spain, Sesame from the United States, etc.

3, screw one plunger mixed

The plasticizing unit is the screw, and the microinjection unit consists of the plunger and the servomotor. With the advantages of both screw type and plunger type, the molding quality and control accuracy are improved, but the structural complexity and maintenance cost increase significantly. The UK MCP 12 / 90 HSP, the German research and improved FX 25 are all such models.
